Cute Baby Hats For Girls
Baby hats are one of the most important items of a baby's clothing, although often neglected. There are two very important reasons for that, and both involve protection.
Firstly, as part of the protection against the sun's harmful rays. The skin of a young baby is especially sensitive, so exposure to direct sun can cause distress and skin damage very quickly, even if it is not especially hot. There will be times when baby is outside and not under a parasol or other form of cover, and that is when the baby hat will come into its own.
Secondly, baby hats can also help to insulate a baby from cold in the winter. The design of winter hats is likely to be very different, though, depending on the weather in your locality. If, like us, you have no winter, then it is a sun hat all a round.

It does seem that there are more baby girls' hats in the stores than boys, though the protection aspect is equally important for baby boys as it is for girls.

The first picture (top left) is an ideal summer hat, with its wide rim and cool fabric. It also looks very stylish, one that a fashion conscious baby would adore, as well as the parents and others who have the pelasure of seeing her wear the hat. You think babies do not really care what they wear? Our daughter was taking a big interest in her clothes, and modelling them, from the moment she could walk. Now, at 2 and a half, she has been very fussy, for quite a few months, about choosing her clothes in the stores, and what to wear when she goes out.
The second picture is a lilac hat that will again make your baby girl look super cute, with its traditional look and little colourful bow on the front. The final picture is our favourite; it's not often you will see a baby in a black hat, so this is distinctive. However, on a hot summers day the first hat displayed is likely to be the most practical.
