Go on ebay. People sell boxes of used baby clothes. You can get them really cheap.
Good prices pretty much eliminates everything except walmart, target or babies r us. In any case, I bought stuff from the two places below as going home gifts for poor women at my local hospital. Most of these gals get nothing new for their babies (all garage sale or donations).
